Andrew Symington's small batch 'Mystery' Macallan at high strength, bring back value to an iconic brand that has become out of reach for many. Drawn from first-fill and refill Oloroso sherry butts, batch #18 is reported to be less spicy and more fruity than other editions. Each batch has marginal differences, which will appeal to varying palettes, but there is no doubting the value on these.  As an official bottling, something like this would cost more than twice Signatory's asking price.
