Australian whisky owes so much to the determination and passion of one man and one woman; Bill and Lynn Lark.  After much lobbying to have distillation laws changed, they opened their Lark distillery in 1992. Slow but steadily other notable distilleries began to follow suite and begin modern-day Australian Whisky.  Then in 2014, Sullivans Cove took out the World's Best Whisky Award for their French Oak Cask HH0525 and catapulted Australian Whisky on to the World stage. This whisky tasting set consists of 5 30ml carefully curated bottles that showcase the brilliance of Australian artisan craftmanship. From the multi-award winning Starward and Hellyers Road Distilleries, to some of the newer distilleries who are rapidly garnering rave reviews and awards of their own in Spring Bay and Archie Rose. And last but not least, the Morris Rutherglen Distillery famous for their wines dating back to 1859 who are now putting that experience and their quality casks to use by producing some stunning whisky.
