Using pristine water flowing from the Blue Mountains and Heirloom Barley. Bathurst Grange Distillery was awarded two Double Gold medals at the 2023 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, one for Rose Garden Gin and one for this Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky First Release Bourbon Cask Single Malt Whisky. Awarded Double Gold making it one of the Top Seven Australian Single Malt Whiskies. Bottled in September 2023.
