The Bimber González Byass Oloroso Sherry Finish was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks before being finished in an outstanding 2010 vintage oloroso sherry butt from renowned Spanish sherry producer González Byass. Initially matured in four 1st fill American oak ex-bourbon casks. These casks were then expertly married and finished in a single oloroso sherry butt from González Byass – one of the most renowned and celebrated Spanish bodegas. Only 936 bottles were produced for this 2020 release for high-end department store Selfridges.
