An Octomore firmly rooted in terroir, 10.3 is made using barley from a single field at Octomore farm, less than a mile from Bruichladdich. Matured entirely on Islay and aged in ex-bourbon casks for six years (x Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, Buffalo Trace, Jack Daniels), it weighs in at 114ppm.
