There are two variations of Chattanooga: 1816 Reserve and 1816 Cask. 1816 celebrates the date of the establishment of the first trading post along the Tennessee River which became Chattanooga. The whiskies are produced from a mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye and 4% malted barley.
