This single cask, nine and a half year old mix of Foursquare pot and column distilled spirit was tropically aged in Barbados for eight years then transported to Adelaide for a twelve month spell in a forty year old Pedro Ximenez Sherry cask (usually associated with single malt maturations). Bottler, Justin Boseley decided it needed further tweaking to temper the sugars, so it saw a final year in a high-char x-Maker's Mark bourbon barrel.
