Dingle Distillery has been one of the standout new wave of Whiskey producers in the re-emergence of Irish Whiskey production in recent years.  A significant milestone has been reached here, marking one of Dingle's first widely available age statements. Matured in a marriage of bourbon (65%), port (30%), and Pedro Ximénez (5%) sherry casks, it was ranked Best in Class at the Irish Whiskey Masters in 2025. Bottled at 46.5% ABV without chill filtration.
