Ballechin is the name used by Edradour for their heavily peated expressions. This is a very limited release of 6000 bottles, matured solely in first fill Madeira casks. With pheonol levels of over 50ppm, this is a very powerful and pungent whisky, with distinctly farmyardy and overtones. 46% ABV. Region - Highlands / Scotland
