One of my all-time favourite whiskies. The Headlands Apera Cask delivers rich layers of dried fruit, vanilla, honey, and spice with a silky mouthfeel and long, smooth finish. The influence of Australian apera gives it incredible depth and character. A standout dram that showcases the best of Aussie craft whisky. Don’t miss it.
