Two and a half times distilled using peated grain sourced from Inverness – Scotland and then aged in individually selected American Oak (ex-bourbon) char fired casks, This is the older version which is widely believed to be aged a little longer than the revamped and current 7 Years Old Peated expression from Hellyers Road.
