For the first time in years, Lark’s rarest stocks from its original Cambridge distillery are being released – in whopping 58.5% ABV single cask form – exclusive to The Whisky Club.  Single cask Lark at cask strength is a rare thing these days. The distillery has only released a handful of full-strength single casks this decade, and hasn’t released any at all since 2023.  The secret to levelling up this Lark is the French oak cask itself. Made entirely from a single 365-year-old tree that was grown, cut, coopered and toasted in France by the legendary family-owned Tonnellerie Sylvain, it’s the kind of cask we can normally only dream about.  With only 312 bottles available at that awesome 58.5% ABV cask strength, bottled with no chill filtration or added colour.
