Older 2015 Bottling. The Peated M209 is made using peat found in the ‘Valley of the Giants’, Denmark. The peat method allows for the whiskey to develop extreme smokey flavours. The barley grain is exposed to peat smoke which creates a rich, aromatic whisky with an abundance of hidden flavours. The whisky is matured in old bourbon American Oak casks.
