Circa 2013 or 2014 bottling. Bottle only - no box. Distiller Jack Sellers has created a sharp and spicy whisky by taking only one 200 litre ex-Bourbon cask and allowing his spirit to mature for 3 years before reducing the alcohol percentage with local rain water and bottling this delicious whisky at 43% abv. At this strength the whisky is as smooth as it is balanced. A pre-Nant controversy bottling which is somewhat of an historic bottling now.
