Batch 28 (25/175) of Springbank 12-year-old Cask Strength was matured in 100% ex-bourbon casks, a departure from recent releases (the last fully 100% Bourbon casks were back in 2021). Non-chill filtered and free from artificial colouring. These releases now sell out fast such is the reputation of this wonderful single malt.

In late 2021 the owners of the Springbank, Longrow, Hazelburn and Kilkerran distilleries J.A.Mitchell announced that a number of their bottlings would no longer come with presentation boxes or canisters in order to limit their environmental impact.
