Starward’s bringing itself straight back down to Earth for its Scotchiest release yet.
Founder David Vitale and Head Distiller & Blender Carlie Dyer went all out with this dram, sourcing some absolutely heaving Portuguese Ruby Port casks – shipped to Australia just for this project – and giving Starward’s new-world spirit a lengthy, old-world maturation.
The resulting Port bomb is like no Starward you’ve ever tried before, and it’s a fitting capstone to this series of Club x Starward collaborations – a Project Release for the ages, bottled in straight-from-the-cask style at 52% ABV.
