Starward Fresh Red Wine Single Cask showcases the very best of the distillery in full force. Being Single Cask and above 55%, these fresh American oak Red Wine barriques really bring together all the things we love about Starward. Bright citrus notes burst on the nose along with notes of strawberries, plums, raspberry cheesecake and lashings of oozing toffee. Ripe-red apples and blueberries coat the tongue before fresh-out-of-the-oven shortbread and creamy oak settle on the palate and eases into a lingering finish of white chocolate and red wine notes.. 55.7% ABV from cask #4524 from 2021.
