Born out of the experimental Projects Program, Ginger Beer Cask is here. For the sixth batched release the  distillers took Starward's in-house Melbourne-made and juicy single malt whisky and finished it in casks that held the distillery brewed ginger beer. Loaded with ginger and citrus peel, it leads with fire and spice. Ginger Beer Cask #6 won Double Gold at the 2022 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.
